Seller Comments

Boat was refitted between January and June 2024 with the following additions/upgrades/improvements:

1) 800 watt solar system added with dual charge controllers and remote monitoring.

2) 9 100 amp hour lead acid batteries replaced.

3) 3000 Watt Victron inverter/ charger installed.

4) 2 new 12 volt refrigerators installed.

5) Port and Starboard Sail drives inspected, seals replaced and in excellent condition.

6) Volvo Penta certified dealer went through both engines, did fuel rail service, replaced both water pumps, replaced oil, belts, air cleaners, etc. and performed all suggested service. Indicated compression is all good, and no additional repairs or maintenance should be needed in the near future. Engines have less than 100 hours on them since that time.

7) New Led lights installed in the main cabin and under the hard Bimini top.

8) New TV with masthead antenna.

9) New pressure pump installed and potable water system was inspected and maintained so no leaks, and all faucets and showers work with any issues.

10) All sails taken to sail loft and inspected, cleaned, and stitching reinforced in areas suggested. Main and Jib are in great condition. halyards, and Jib sheets were replaced.

11) Boat received detail level cleaning, and the top deck was painted where previous lettering had been removed.

12) Diesel Generator with less than 100 hours on it.

13) New Marine Stereo with new inside and outside speakers.

14) New custom cushions for outside area under Bimini.

Nice condition 1988 36 Tiara Convertible Dinette/Galley down model was repowered in 2001 at with upgraded/newer generationTwin Crusader 8.1L MPI/385HP engines that have only 481 hours use since repower (engines look like NEW!)
The Tiara 3600 Convertible is a well-built flybridge sedan whose blend of interior comforts and open-water performance made her a popular boat with cruisers and anglers alike. She's built on the same hull used for the 3600 Open, a proven offshore design with cored hullsides and a relatively wide beam making for a stable fishing platform. Fit and finish is excellent--typical of the quality you get in any Tiara product. A sliding glass door leads into a salon whose open front windshield makes the cabin seem larger than it actually is. She features the popular galley/dinette down single stateroom layout which gives her a spacious salon with a private forward stateroom with queen berth and the dinette converts to sleep 2 as well. She has a good sized head with 2 access doors, 1 from companionway across from dinette and 1 for private entry from forward master stateroom. The head features a vanity,vaccu-flush toilet and good size curved stall shower The cockpit features with a transom door, under deck fish/storage box with drain which was designed to be easily converted to mascerator fishbox and additional round in deck storage locker which was designed to be easily converted to a livewell. This model's standard 350hp inboard gas engines cruised the 3600 at 19-20 knots (high 20s top). NOTE: This boat was converted to the more modern 8.1L MPI (Multi port injection) Crusaders in 2001 for more horsepower and speed as well as better mid range performance for fuel economy. The original 7.4's were carbureted and the 4 barrel carburetors kicked in at 3250 RPM's. The mid range of the 8.1's is in the 3500-3800 RPM range which gets her on plane more quickly and the multi port injection "mist" fuel as needed into the cylinders as opposed to the steady stream in the carbureted engines. The owner (only the 3rd owner) purchased the boat in spring of 2023 from 2nd owner who owned her 2019 -2023 and he purchased from orignal northern owner who kept her in New York for most of her life until he ran her down/moved her to Florida a while back. These lightly used engines have 481 Hours since installed owner has a maintenance log of all service records dating back to 2019.

Danny's Dream is about as nice a 1988 boat as it gets. Power was upgraded to twin 8.1L MPI Crusaders/385 HP each/ Hull and interior in great condition. This would make a great Florida/Bahamas/Keys cruiser and would also lend itself well to living aboard full time or for extended period of time ! ! PRIME SLIP at full service intercoastal marina close to Fort Pierce Inlet may be transferable to new owners if needed/ Spacious and classy with CLASSIC CONVERTIBLE LINES and RENOWNED TIARA QUALITY AND CONSTRUCTION ! ! Act quickly ! !

As you enter the salon through a slider from the cockpit to starboard is a leather sofa with good size storage compartment built into wood behind. across to port is the electric panel immediately on your left as you enter salon and there is a built in storage area that runs along the port side salon. There is a decent sized Flat screen TV mounted overhead to port and a Bose Stereo system. Salon is bright and airy due to expansive wrap around windows forward, port and starboard. Down 3 steps to port is the U-shaped galley which features a double stainless sink, microwave oven, 2 burner electric stove top, ample counter top area, teak and holly galley sole with storage under and above the countertops. There is a built in apartment sized refrigerator/freezer.

To starboard is a convertible face to face dinette which converts easily to a sleeper. the galley and dinette are very bright and open due to the expansive forward windshields right overhead. The salon is finished in Tiara's trademark oiled teak interior and salon sole is carpeted

Across from the dinette to port is an enclosed head with entryways from companionway and a private entrance into the forward master stateroom.

The master stateroom features a queen berth with drawers under, 2 hanging lockers and built in storage lockers to port and starboard side of the bed. the master features an overhead hatch.

The interior of this boat is very clean with woodwork,headliners,carpets, teak/holly flooring in galley in excellent original condition.

Broker's Comments
This really nice 251 Grady White Coastal Explorer has always been rack stored (no bottom paint) and is in excellent condition and has been lightly used approximately 100 hours per year since new. Her pretty Grady White "Coastal Fog" hull color (which is a combination of light blue ad light green) is accented by a white( never painted) bottom and topsides and powder coated T-Top and Console Hardware. Powered by a Yamaha F-300 HP outboard this boat can reach speeds in the upper 40's. The boat is clean inside and out and has been used primarily for family cruising and light fishing and most of her hours have been in the under 4000 cruising RPM Range. The engine was just serviced approximately 40 hours ago and is "turn-key" for her new owners to start enjoying immediately.

About the Model
The Bertram 37 Convertible is widely viewed as one of the best midsize convertibles in her class. She was introduced in 1986 at a time when Bertram and Hatteras pretty much owned the market for tournament-class sportfishing boats. The model was in production from 1986-1993 and that time period produced many happy owners of this model. With her classic convertible styling and capable deep-V hull, the Bertram 37 made the cut when it came to build quality and open-water performance. Entering the salon from the cockpit, an L-shaped convertible sofa to starboard sleeps two. On the opposite side of the salon and forward is the galley with under-counter refrigerator, two-burner cooktop, and microwave oven. Forward and down three steps to starboard is the guest stateroom with upper/lower bunks and a pocket door for privacy. Opposite the guest stateroom is the large head with separate shower stall. Continuing forward is the master stateroom featuring queen island berth, cedar lined closet, and storage drawers. Woodwork is light oak or maple, and a rod locker is built into the salon overhead. A bow pulpit, transom door, and tackle center with sink were standard. Engine access is via a hatch in the salon sole. Her Twin 440 HP Yanmars will give you a very respectable mid 20 knots cruise and High 20's knot top end.

Walkthrough the Vessel interior

As you enter the salon immediately to port is an L-shaped leatherette sofa with a quality varnished wood coffee/dining table; to port is the electric panel and forward to port is the galley with lots of counter space and storage, refrigerator, 2 burner stove, microwave oven and a large stainless sink. across to starboard is more storage, a deep freezer with compartment storage(new), a toaster oven and a coffee maker. Storage lockers are all behind doors or sliding tambor doors which gives the salon/galley a very uncluttered appearance when closed. down 3 steps to starboard is the guest cabin with upper/lower bunks, storage lockers. across to port is the head with vanity,toilet and generous stall shower with folding door. forward in nthe bow is the master stateroom with queen walkaround island berth, plenty of storage, overhead hatch, dresser area to port and port and starboard hanging lockers.

Description: "Believer" is new to the market. She is well maintained, and was purchased and outfitted primarily to fish the northeast canyons. The 2007 Hydra-Sports 2900 VX Express provides a very comfortable and sheltered cruise, especially compared to center console boats. It is equally capable overnighting in Cape Poge Bay as it is trolling for Yellowfin at Hydrographer Canyon (as shown in the pictures)! She is clean and is powered by flawless running twin Yamaha 250 4-strokes.
All cockpit upholstery is brand new and has never been used! The 430 Cockpit MY is basically a Carver 390 MY (1987-95) with a stretched hull. The extra length of the cockpit gave the 430 a much-improved profile over the 390's stocky motor yacht appearance, and the extra hull length added a knot or two in speed. Carver packed a lot of living space into the interior of the 430 with double berths in both staterooms, a full dinette, a roomy salon area, and stall showers in both heads. A sliding door in the master stateroom leads directly out to the cockpit--a practical and extremely useful convenience. The foredeck can be fitted with sun pads, and wide side decks make getting around the deckhouse easy and safe. A transom door and swim platform were standard, and there's enough room in the cockpit for some diving gear or even a wet bike. Her Twin Cummins 6BTA 5.9 M2/300 HP (1790 Hours) diesels are fully operational and in good condition and cruise in the neighborhood of 21 knots and reach a top speed of 24-25 knots.

Accommodations and Layout

Interior:

As you enter the salon down 3 steps from the aft deck immediately to port is a settee and to port is an occasional chair and storage. Forward and down a couple steps, to port is the galley with Sink,microwave,Stovetop/Oven and full size refrigerator/freezer. Just forward of the galley is the guest/day head with separate stall shower and forward is a private cabin with a queen bed and good storage. There is access to this head from both the companionway and the guest stateroom. The master stateroom sits aft of the salon and features a walkaround queen offset to port, lot of storage and a spacious head with separate stall shower. Across the transom in the mater is a sliding glass pocket door which accesses the aft cockpit. The boat is roomy and spacious for 43 with a nice sized salon, large wrap around windows and wood floors throughout.

Flybridge:

The bridge is up 3 molded in steps from the aft deck and features and full enclosure , a walkaround center helm and companion seat aft of the center console helm bench seat forward of the helm that will comfortable sit 3-4.

Aft Deck:

Is up a couple molded in steps from the cockpit and features room for a table and chairs. Entrance to the salon and bridge are both to the port side of the aft deck. The aft deck is surrounded by stainless rails and canvas between the rails and deck. The aft deck is covered by a factory fiberglass hardtop with a radar arch. Bridge cover is with a Full Bimini Top enclosure/ (Note: Enclosure in OK condition but needs center panel forward replaced as it blew out and overboard).

Description: Replacing an icon is never easy, but when the Lagoon 450 replaced the 440, a new benchmark was created. The Lagoon 450 has taken several items ideas from its predecessor, enhanced them through owner feedback, and created a larger sail area for favorable cruising speeds.
The 450 flybridge version gives optimal visibility and access to sailing controls while providing easy access to the main cockpit and seating areas via twin stair wells. Cushions and lounging areas abound for the family and crew to relax under way or in port. The Sport version of the 450 allows boaters who wish to enjoy the comfort of a catamaran of 45 feet in a more conventional version, with a helm post on bulkhead in place of the flybridge.
As with all Lagoon catamarans the vertical windows provide superb visibility while maximizing interior space and keeping the interior cool under those overhanging eyebrows. Decks are easy to move around on with flush deck hatches. Lagoon's proprietary gull wing bridge-deck design minimizes slamming in big seas.

About the Boat
The Jefferson Marlago 46 Motoryacht features classic lines, roomy covered sundeck and spacious interior layout featuring full beam aft master with tub, Forward Vee-Berth with 2nd head, mid level galley with bar, wood flooring throughout and bright light maple interior finish, Her hardtop covered aft deck is very roomy with a wetbar with refrigerator and sink and storage and wing doors to easily access wide side decks for docking and line handling. Her flying bridge is spacious with an aluminum/weblon hardtop to shield owner/operators from of the direct sunlight , a "like new" 4 sided enclosure, pedestal helm and companion seats and plenty of room for entertaining underway or at the dock. The boat is in very nice condition with low hours. Her owners use her like a trawler and cruise her comfortably at 10-11 knots at an economical 10 GPH fuel burn. Although owners chose to cruise at 10-11 she can be run at a faster cruising speeds in the 16-18 knot range and 19-20 knots wide open throttle depending on conditions/load etc.
Anyone considering a comfortable cruising and/or liveaboard boat should definitely take a look. She is well maintained, engine room is very clean and orderly and engine room space makes daily maintenance checks etc. a breeze. Great engine room access under forward cabin steps(steps lift up) and there are also some hatches cut out in salon/galley area for quick inspection.

A great looking boat with classic profile, a roomy interior layout that combines a lot of space into a 46 ' boat. She features mid level U-shaped galley with over counter, eye level, stainless refrigerator and freezer, great counter space and storage and aft in the salon and a breakfast bar with 3 bar stools and overhead galley storage separates the galley from the main salon, both staterooms are spacious with the master aft with a centerline berth and plenty of storage and the ensuite head includes a tub. The guest stateroom is forward and features vee berths with it's own head. The guest head also serves as the boat's day head with private access from the forward cabin and also access via the companionway.

Accommodations and Vessel Walkthrough

Salon and Galley

As you enter the salon down 3 steps from the aft deck immediately to starboard is a very functional U-shaped galley with ample countertop space, storage over and under, Summit side by side stainless refrigerator freezer built in above counter at eye level. the galley features a double stainless sink, GE Profile microwave oven, Galley Maid three burner 120-volt stove with oven and broiler, Trash compactor and the forward galley counter serves as a breakfast bar with 3 bar stools. the salon is bright and cheerful due to large side windows and a light maple/birch interior woodwork. There is wood flooring throughout interior. To port is a stylish sofa and to starboard there is a comfortable chair. The salon features Flat screen TV and Stereo and there are ample storage compartment lockers.

Guest Stateroom and Head

Forward of the salon and down a couple steps to port is the day/guest head with access via companionway and private entry into guests stateroom. Across to starboard is a large closet. The guest stateroom is forward and features good sized vee berths, hanging lockers and generous storage. There is a private entrance to guest head. guest head features stall shower, vanity and electric head.

Master Stateroom

Aft of the galley is the spacious master stateroom with queen walkaround berth, generous storage in lockers and drawers. Flat screen TV, large opening window in transom for fresh air. The large ensuite head features a tub/shower, vanity, medicine cabinet and electric head

Aft Deck and Flying Bridge

The aft deck area has a fiberglass hardtop and is the location to gather to enjoy the weather and scenery and stay shielded from the sun. There is a built in wet bar with sink, refrigerator/icemaker and a table and chairs to sit and enjoy wine and cheese while observing your waterfront surroundings. There is a boarding gate aft to access the swim platform or to lower the dinghy for a cruise or quick trip ashore. The aft deck is fully enclosed but rolls up to enjoy nice weather.

The dinghy is a 1 year old West Marine RIB 310/ 10' 2" /No outboard as it was recently stolen when owners were up north and the dinghy is stored on an electric/hydraulic davit for easy in/out of the water.

FlyBridge

Up a couple steps to the flying bridge you'll find 2 centerline pedestal helm and companion seats. Aft tp starboard is an L-shaped seating lounge with storage under. The centerline helm gives great operational visibility, the enclosure is in "as new" condition and you can host a large group in comfort underway. The bridge is fully enclosed to weather and the aft bridgedeck is a great place to store kayaks etc.
